Sophia Murphy

As a Certified Sex Coach & Sexologist, Dr. Murphy believes that sexuality is an essential part of the human experience. She specializes in working with BIPOC and LGBTQ+ clients. Her goal is to support others in their personal goals for sexual wellness. With over a decade’s experience of direct service, Dr. Murphy has been fortunate to work with individuals, families, and groups. Predominantly featured throughout her experiences has been an emphasis on the value of multicultural competency and a deep exploration of the relationship between identity and health. She is certified as a Personal Trainer from the National Academy of Sports Medicine, certified as a Sex Coach from The Sexology Institute, certified as a Sexologist from the American Board of Sexology, and is licensed as a Professional Counselor with the Arizona Board of Behavioral Health Examiners (AZBBHE).
