Service Description
What is the difference between coaching and counseling? Counseling helps people address and resolve problems that make them feel bad emotionally, or things that are impairing ability to function well in their personal lives, at work, or elsewhere. These can include the need to heal from Anxiety, Depression, Trauma, issues with family of origin, It’s understood that unless these problems are resolved it will be difficult for people to make significant changes in their lives. Relationship counseling is recommended for issues like infidelity. Insurance does not cover sessions.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations or rescheduling within 24 hours of the session will incur a 40% fee.
