I am responsible for my physical, mental, and emotional well-being, including my choices and decisions.

This process may involve all aspects of my life including sociality, relationships, recreation, work, health, and spirtuality.

If I am selected for training, I agree to all of the following: Required

I will be honest, forthright, and timely in my interactions with my trainers.

I will trust that my instructors have my educational advancement as their intentions.

I understand that if I withdraw from the program after paying tuition, I will not be refunded any tuition I may have paid.

I understand that my training may be terminated at any time by me or the Sexology Institute.

I understand that if I don't show consistent progress by submitting at least one assignment every 30 days, I may be dropped from the program, and that I will not be refunded any tuition I may have paid.
